What are the side effects ?
There are no known negative side effects. Some people have reported an elevation in mood when they are taking Hoodia Gordonii. It will not make a persons heart race. There is no drowsiness or being kept awake at night.

How long does it take to work?
The speed and degree of results vary depending on the frequency of use and other factors. However, you should start to see the beginning of the weight-loss process within two weeks. Please note that the same as with any weight loss supplement, better results will be realized when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and reasonable exercise.

Is Hoodia safe?
Yes. The ingredients in Hoodia are all-natural, herbal supplements and there are no known adverse side effects relating to its use. NO Caffeine. NO Ephedra.

How much Hoodia Gordonii should anybody take ?
This depends on a persons size, weight and metabolism but typically people start taking four to six capsules per day and then lower the daily intake to one or two capsules per day depending on diet regime and lifestyle.

Is there a right time to take Hoodia ?
There is no right or wrong time to take Hoodia Gordonii. It does not make you drowsy or keep you awake.

Could I experience allergies to Hoodia?
As with any plant material, allergies could be experienced. If allergies occur, stop taking the product immediately.

Can I take Hoodia if I'm pregnant or nursing?

Why is Hoodia so rare?
In the wild Hoodia takes 5-6 years to mature and is hard to find. Hoodia farmers are beginning to cultivate new Hoodia in as little as two years. However, in order to be eligible to sell Hoodia, they still must obtain a C.I.T.E.S. certificate which is issued on a per export-shipment basis.

Is Hoodia safe to use on children?
Hoodia is not recommended for children under 16 years old unless under a doctor's supervision.
